Your account

• You may browse without an account. To place an order you must either sign in or confirm your email address with the code we send you.

• Please keep your password to yourself. Orders placed from your account are treated as placed by you.

• We may suspend an account being used for fraud, or to place orders that are repeatedly refused at the door.

Products, prices and availability

• Every item is handmade or hand-finished, so the colour and weave of what arrives can differ slightly from the photograph. Screens also show colour differently. This is not a fault.

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. The price you pay is the price shown on the product page at the moment you order.

• If an item sells out after you order it, we will tell you and refund it in full. We do not substitute a different item.

• We may correct an obvious pricing mistake before dispatch. If the corrected price is higher, you may cancel and pay nothing.

Delivery charges

• Delivery is charged by delivery state. The exact amount is shown on the checkout page, under Delivery Charges, before you pay — it is never added afterwards.

• If we cannot recognise the state in your address, checkout will say so and will not let the order through. This is deliberate: we will not guess a delivery charge.

• Delivery estimates are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather or public holidays.

Payment

• Cash on delivery is available. Please have the exact amount ready.

• Where a prepaid discount is offered, it is shown on the checkout page before you confirm.

• We never ask for your card details by phone, email or message. If someone claiming to be us does, it is not us — please tell us at once.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel from your account page while the order is still Pending or Confirmed. Once we have started packing it, the Cancel button stops working — call or email us instead and we will help if the parcel has not left.

Returns and refunds

• You can raise a return from your account page within 7 days of delivery. After that the site will not accept one.

• Items must come back unworn and unwashed, with their tags on and in their original packing.

• Once we have the goods back and have checked them, we return your money and email you to say so. Refunds sent back to a bank account can take a few working days to appear on your statement.

• Made-to-measure and altered items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or are not what you ordered.

• If something arrives damaged or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours with a photograph and we will put it right at our cost.

Reviews you write

Please write about the product. We remove reviews that are abusive, contain someone else's personal details, or advertise another business. We do not remove a review simply for being critical.

Our content

The photographs, text and designs on this site belong to us. Please do not copy them for another shop or resell them. You are welcome to share a link.

If something goes wrong

Contact us first — most problems are settled in a single call. Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes fall to the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
