What we collect

• Your contact details. Your name, email address and mobile number. We ask for these so we can confirm an order and reach you about it.

• Delivery addresses. The addresses you save to your account, and the address recorded against each order. The address on a past order is kept as it was at the time, because it is the record of where that parcel was sent.

• Your orders. What you bought, the size and colour you chose, what you paid, and the status of the order, including any return or refund.

• Your cart and wishlist. Kept against your account when you are signed in, so they follow you between devices. When you are signed out they stay in your own browser and never reach us.

• Reviews you write. Your rating, your comment and the name shown beside it.

What we do not collect

• We never see your card or bank details. Nothing on this site asks for a card number.

• We do not track you across other websites. This site runs no advertising pixels and no third-party analytics.

• We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, for any purpose.

Cookies we use

We use cookies only to make the site work, never to advertise or to follow you elsewhere. There are two:

• A sign-in cookie, which holds a random session reference and nothing else — no name, no email, no order history. It lets us recognise you between pages.

• An email verification cookie, set when you confirm your email address before ordering as a guest, so you are not asked for a code on every visit.

Both are removed when you sign out or when they expire. Blocking them will stop you signing in or placing an order, but you can still browse.

Who else sees your information

• Delivery partners receive your name, address and phone number — they cannot deliver without them.

• Our email provider handles the messages we send you, such as order confirmations and verification codes.

• Our hosting provider stores the database this site runs on, in India.

• We also share information where the law requires it, or where it is needed to investigate fraud or a payment dispute.

How we keep it safe

• Passwords are stored as a one-way hash. Nobody can read them back, including us — if you forget yours, we reset it rather than tell you what it was.

• The connection between our website and our database is encrypted.

• Access to customer records is limited to staff who need it to process orders and answer questions.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, because an order is a financial record. Your account details, saved addresses, cart and wishlist are kept until you ask us to delete them. Sign-in sessions expire on their own and are cleared automatically.

Your choices

You can see and change your details, addresses and orders at any time from your account page. Write to us and we will correct anything that is wrong, or delete your account and the personal details attached to it. Past orders are kept as accounting records even after an account is closed, but they are no longer linked to a login.
